Welcome to the 2026 Northern Wasatch Parade of Homes presented by the Northern Wasatch Home Builders Association and Mountain America Credit Union!

The Parade of Homes runs July 10-25, 2026.
Hours of Operation:
- Sunday: Closed
- Monday: Closed
- Tuesday: 4 – 9pm
- Wednesday: 4 – 9pm
- Thursday: 4 – 9pm
- Friday: 12 – 9pm
- Saturday: 12 - 9pm
You can take up to all 12 days to see these exquisite homes, your ticket allows entry to all homes one time and re-entry to two homes an additional time. To make navigating easy, it includes GPS driving directions to each home from where ever you are starting.
We encourage you to use the app for directions because some of these homes are in new subdivisions that are not yet identified on most GPS mapping apps such as Apple Maps or Google Maps. If you are using your own mapping app, the most accurate way to get directions is to use the longitude and latitude that we have listed for each home.
Here are a few other tips to make your tour an enjoyable one:
- Do not enter a parade home if you are sick or do not feel safe.
- Wear clean socks to walk through each home. Builders may or may not provide shoe covers. NO BARE FEET!
- Be respectful of furniture and surfaces, do not touch anything.
- DO NOT BRING STROLLERS/Children urged not to attend.
- Builders have the right to limit the number of people inside the home.
- NWHBA has the right to close any parade home at any time.
- NO FOOD OR DRINK is permitted in any of the homes
- Feel free to ask the builder and their team any questions that you have about the home!
- Take as many pictures as you want and use the tag #northernwasatchparade
- Visit the garage exhibitors and see what they have to offer
